Licensing and brokerage

Cristina Acosta, Juan Acosta, Sheryl Beaver are Mortgage Associates licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). We deal in mortgages in the name of Enrich Mortgage Group, an independently owned and operated network member of Mortgage Alliance. Cristina Acosta Mortgage Team is a team name within the brokerage, not a brokerage itself.

Rates, terms and product availability are set by third-party lenders, change without notice, and vary with credit profile, property type, loan-to-value and other factors. Calculators use published rules and typical assumptions, last verified 2026-09-16, and produce estimates only. They exclude property tax, insurance, condo fees and closing costs unless stated.

Compensation

For most residential mortgages we are compensated by the lender and there is no fee to you. Where a file requires an alternative or private lender and a broker fee applies, the amount is disclosed to you in writing before any application is submitted, and again in the mortgage documents.
